Stuck on something? Need to delete your account? Found a bug? We'll get back to you within 48 hours.
Open Eclipse → Profile tab → scroll to Danger zone → Delete account. Confirm twice. Your profile, chores, streaks, rules, and partner link are permanently erased.
If you've already deleted the app and can't access the in-app option, email support@eclipseduo.com from the email tied to your Apple ID and we'll delete your data within 48 hours.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not us — so cancellation happens there:
iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Eclipse → Cancel Subscription.
You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
A few things to check:
1. Make sure the invite link is being shared (iMessage, copy-link, or contacts flow).
2. Your partner needs to install Eclipse from the App Store and sign in with their own Apple ID first.
3. Then they tap the invite link on the same iPhone that's signed into their Apple ID.
No. Eclipse is explicitly built for two people sharing a home. The second partner seat is required to activate most features — single-player chore-tracking apps exist but this isn't one of them.
Not yet. Eclipse is iOS-only at launch. We may add Android later, but the current partner-sync relies on Sign in with Apple.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not Eclipse. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Eclipse subscription, and request a refund. Apple makes the final call.
Email support@eclipseduo.com with what happened, what you expected, your iPhone model, and iOS version. Screenshots help. We'll prioritize and ship a fix.
Your profile and app data live on our Supabase servers (EU/US regions, GDPR-compliant). Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat. We never sell your data. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
